SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at ZenGlow! We want to ensure you understand our shipping process and timelines.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We offer the following shipping options:

Economy Shipping (5-8 business days)

  • 0-5 lbs: $10.00
  • 5-70 lbs: $19.90
  • FREE on orders $50.00 and up

Standard Shipping (3-4 business days)

  • 0-1 lb: $8.00
  • 1-5 lbs: $14.00

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the processing period. Total delivery time = processing time (1-3 days) + shipping time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around your delivery location
  3. Contact the carrier directly
  4. Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered early

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For lost packages, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [YOUR EMAIL]. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
